When you first add the bot you'll need to do some basic configuration via /config.

The role for staff assigned to managing the AMA.

When users submit their questions they will appear in this channel to be reviewed by staff.

Issue question submissions can be flagged as such so that your modqueue team can send it to the main staff to punish for while queue team focuses on question review.

Approved questions from the ModQueue will go here so Guests can decide what they will answer next and how.

Once you're set up you can then start an AMA.

This is where questions go that are being answers so your community can follow along with the AMA.

Once an AMA has been started, users can submit questions with /Ask

Mod Queue

Questions go to your ModQueue so you can filter questions before they go to your guests.

Abuse Queue

Depending on the size of your AMA you may have a dedicated AMA mod team handling questions. With the abuse queue (Question Flagging) you can offload abuse of the Ask system to server staff while your dedicated AMA team handles the Mod Queue.

Sends the question to the designated abuse queue where your staff can decide on any necessary punishment.

Guest Queue

Your guests or host can decide which questions they want to answer next.

Used to clarify that the question was answered via a Stage channel for the record.

Posts the question in your answer channel where your guest(s) can answer it.

The guest or host can privately decide which questions to answer and which to skip.
